ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Lisbeth, a New York City–based freelance illustrator specializing in colorful, expressive, and story-driven illustrations.

I create artwork using mixed media, including markers, colored pencils, and gouache. My work focuses on creating vibrant visuals that tell emotional and relatable stories. I work across editorial illustration, book and publishing illustration, brand collaborations, and licensed artwork.

As a Dominican American born to immigrant parents, my lived experiences play a major role in my creative voice. I’m passionate about creating illustrations that celebrate women of color, cultural identity, self-love, and personal growth. Representation is at the heart of my work, and I strive to create art that helps people feel seen, empowered, and connected.

I draw a lot of inspiration from fashion, beauty, and everyday moments that reflect both softness and strength. My work is known for its bold color palettes and detailed compositions that blend storytelling with visual impact.

I’m always excited to collaborate with brands, publishers, authors, and creative teams looking for meaningful, community-driven illustration and storytelling.
